I’m liking the fact that every workout in the 21 Day Fix has the same warm-up – except for the Yoga Fix. I’m liking the fact that the routines are easily learned. I’m liking the fact there are real people struggling to get through the moves right along with me. I’m liking the fact Kat the Modifier is a real woman just like me. 🙂
Now if only I can get a handle on the meal planning portion. I know I need to have it all laid out just like the workouts are. So far, I have breakfast filled out. That part is easy because it’s always the same – Shakeology. It’s the snacks and remaining meals which are giving me the issue. Too many choices. I need to figure out what I will not mind having for seven days in a row. If I can do that, I’ll be golden! 🙂
Oh well . . . For now, I shall take it one day at a time.
