Well . . . I have the results from my 21 Day Fix Round 1. I am down 4 inches overall and 3.6 pounds. The pounds are not unexpected. I lost 3.8 pounds the first week. Went up 2.2 pounds in Week 2 because of the crap-tastic food I consumed. For Week 3, I lost 2 pounds.
A side effect of the workouts is that certain articles of clothing are fitting better. That’s a plus!
Still rocking the modifications and modifying a few of the modifications. BUT . . . I’m still pushing “Play” and working out every day. I’ve only missed one workout and felt guilty as hell because of it! This means it is definitely time to start focusing on the meal plan portion.
